Terrible Customer Support.
It does its job but the Customer Support is terrible. My hard drive failed and I had to reinstall all my old applications. Repeated requests to them for a new activation code have failed to elicit a reply let alone an new activation code. This software is not cheap and I will certainly not be purchasing another copy from them.
If you buy this just make sure your hard drive does not fail and make sure you never have o reinstall your operating system.More

I have just purchased this recovery software and have got to say very impressed. After a holiday to France last week ,I was horrified to find that I had erased 80 images from my flash card. After purchasing this software, it recovered all the deleted images.
